Responsibilities

  • High work ethic (Monday to Saturday)

  • Follow ARP’s proven sales process

  • Daily training and call reviews

  • High-volume outbound calling

  • Proper CRM hygiene, follow-ups, and data tracking

  • Strong team communication

  • Owning your numbers without excuses

Performance Expectations

  • Consistent daily sets

  • High show rate

  • Clean qualification

  • Strong hand-offs to closers

  • Measurable improvement month over month

We care about quality + consistency, not just activity.
