alpha revival protocol
The Alpha Revival Protocol ("ARP") operates with a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. In accordance with this policy, customers who subscribe to ARP’s services and become members are required to undergo a mandatory onboarding process, which shall be completed within a stipulated period of seven (7) days from the date of membership commencement. It is imperative to note that during this onboarding period, no requests for refund, cancellation, or termination of membership shall be entertained, as the onboarding phase involves substantial resource allocation, proprietary program disclosures, and personalized consultations. Subsequent to the completion of the onboarding process, members are permitted to initiate requests for membership cancellation or refund. However, such requests shall be processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions explicitly outlined in this policy and subject to fulfillment of the conditions stipulated herein. To initiate a cancellation or refund request, members are obligated to submit a formal written application via the official channels specified by ARP. Upon receipt of such a request, ARP reserves the right to evaluate the merits of the application based on predefined eligibility criteria, including but not limited to the extent of program utilization, adherence to prescribed protocols, and timely compliance with ARP’s instructions. Refunds, if approved, shall be issued only after due verification and validation of the member’s compliance with the program’s guidelines and shall be disbursed through the original mode of payment within a commercially reasonable timeframe, as determined by ARP at its sole discretion. ARP further retains the right to deduct applicable administrative fees, service charges, or any other costs incurred in connection with the program before issuing the refund amount. It is expressly clarified that non-compliance with ARP’s program requirements, such as failure to participate in prescribed sessions, non-usage of the provided resources, or non-adherence to professional advice, shall render the member ineligible for any refund. Additionally, ARP shall not be liable to entertain refund requests arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to unforeseen medical conditions, personal emergencies, or dissatisfaction with results attributable to non-compliance by the member. By enrolling in ARP’s services, members acknowledge and consent to the binding nature of this policy and waive any rights to initiate claims or disputes inconsistent with the terms set forth herein. This policy constitutes an integral part of ARP’s contractual framework and is enforceable under applicable law. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiations, failing which the matter shall be subjected to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or its statutory amendment thereof, with the seat of arbitration being [City, India]. The decisions rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties. ARP reserves the right to amend, modify, or rescind this policy at its sole discretion without prior notice, and such changes shall be deemed effective from the date of publication on its official platform.
